Due to the ongoing economic volatility there has been a substantial cost increase to BOC to source some fuel gases such as propane and butane. To maintain customer supplies it is therefore necessary to introduce a temporary surcharge, currently £0.00 per kg. This will be applied to cylinder orders containing propane and butane with immediate effect and will appear under 'Climate Chg Levy-LIS' on your invoice.
We will review the situation regularly and any future changes to the individual gas surcharge amounts will be published on this page.
We always endeavour to minimise the impact of cost rises to our customers and please be assured that this surcharge simply covers the extra costs currently incurred by BOC.
