Manage PO numbers

When ordering online, you can add PO numbers to individual orders, you can also set up or amend standing PO numbers online. More information on how to do this is below.



How to create and amend PO numbers

Some of our customers need purchase order numbers on invoices to help match them with deliveries and ensure they can process invoices quickly.

Steps to amend a PO number online:

1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Select 'Purchase orders'
3. Choose Create a new PO and complete a short form

1. Sign in or register if you are a new user
2. Select 'Purchase orders'
3. Choose the number you want to amend and click ‘Amend’
